Meet Baxter Black, Turning Point’s first mini horse. He has a big soft eye and has an even BIGGER personality. He has convinced the rest of the herd he’s a rock star! Maybe it’s because he rides in the back seat of Rachel’s truck rather than a horse trailer.
He will be a big part of Turning Point’s outreach efforts at our new location. He is already visiting schools and businesses and will provide leadership training to teens and life-enhancing opportunities for individuals struggling with dementia.
Baxter has been living at Rachel’s house over the summer, during the renovations of our new facility, but he loves coming to the barn and working with riders and showing off!
