Thanks to a grant from the Waits Family Foundation, Turning Point has developed a strategic vision for the next five years. The planning process was led by Dr. Rebecca Eastham from Meridian. The Board, staff, volunteers and parents all participated.
The goals address Programs and Services, Facilities, Financials, Community Outreach and Awareness and finally Staffing, Volunteers and Operations.
